When can I book on Zespa?
Soon. We are visiting and setting up our first salons now, and bookings open as soon as they are live.
Does it cost extra to book through Zespa?
No. You pay the salon's own menu price. Zespa does not add a booking fee.
How do I pay?
Pay online with UPI before your visit, or pay at the salon after your service.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your WhatsApp reminder or open your booking to change the time or cancel.
How are salons chosen?
Our team visits every salon before it goes live, checks hygiene and quality, and photographs the space and the menu.
I own a salon. How do I list it?
Apply on the For salons page. Zespa gives salons a booking system, a client CRM and new customers, and our partner team sets everything up for you.
