Do I have to use all three parts of Zespa?
No. Many salons start with the calendar and WhatsApp reminders for their own clients, and switch on their Zespa listing when they are ready for new customers.
Can my stylists see their own bookings?
Yes. Each stylist can see their own day on their phone, while the owner and front desk see the whole salon.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Confirmations and reminders arrive on WhatsApp, and online booking works in any browser.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. Share your list in any format, from a register photo to a spreadsheet, and our team will add it for you during setup.
