What do I get with Zespa?

Three things in one app: a salon OS with a booking calendar for every stylist, a client CRM with WhatsApp reminders, and new customers from your Zespa page on Google and in Zespa search.

How much does Zespa cost?

Nothing during our pilot. Zespa is free for 6 months for the first 50 salons, with everything included and no setup fee. We will share pricing well before the free period ends, and you can leave at any time.

When does Zespa open for bookings?

We are onboarding a small first group of salons now. Customer bookings open once that group is live, and salons that apply now are first in line.

Do I need a computer to use Zespa?

No. The partner app works on any smartphone, and on a tablet or laptop at the front desk if you have one.

Can I keep taking phone and walk-in bookings?

Yes. Add them to the same calendar in a few taps so online, phone and walk-in bookings never clash.

Who sets my prices and offers?

You do. We help you enter your menu, and you can change prices or switch offers on and off at any time.

When do I get paid for online payments?

Every Monday, for the previous week. Cash and UPI paid at the salon go straight to you.

Can I leave Zespa if it does not work for me?

Yes. There is no contract or lock-in. Message us and we take your listing down within a day.
